The Black Dog Institute REACH Program is a nine-week psycho-educational well-being group for people aged 18+ with a diagnosed mood disorder. REACH stands for Responsibility, Education, Acceptance, Connection and Hope and is designed to help participants manage their illness and stay well. Topics include: Fostering strengths, dealing with grief & loss, identifying early warning signals, creating a unique ‘well-being plan’. A bi-monthly support group will run from February - April 2018. From April 23rd, Virginia will facilitate the full REACH Program over consecutive weeks.
Dates: 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month, commencing 5 February 2018
