Hatha Yoga is a blend of breathing, physical postures and relaxation. It involves limbering, stretching and strengthening to bring about awareness of the physical body, the practice of correct breathing and learning to overcome stress and tension through relaxation.
Monday morning class is for slightly older, less flexible students but still achieves the same benefits. Hatha Yoga tutors are members of the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA).
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel. Mats are provided. Runs during school term.

Cost $150 for a 10 pass concession. If available, casual classes are $20.
We advise booking into the class you are most interested in as numbers are limited. You can pay for more than one concession. Concessions are valid for three months upon attending first class. Seniors concession $120
Please find the below term dates for 2017. Our Centre is closed from 24th December and opens again on 3rd January. We have varied our TKC term dates by a few days from usual school term dates, to allow each term to be 10 complete weeks.
