Yoga


Hatha Yoga is a blend of breathing, physical postures and relaxation. It involves limbering, stretching and strengthening to bring about awareness of the physical body, the practice of correct breathing and learning to overcome stress and tension through relaxation.

Monday morning class is for slightly older, less flexible students but still achieves the same benefits. Hatha Yoga tutors are members of the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA).

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel. Mats are provided. Runs during school term.

Cost $180 for a 10 pass concession. If available, casual classes are $23.

We advise booking into the class you are most interested in as numbers are limited. You can pay for more than one concession. Concessions are for 10 classes and valid for one term. Seniors concession $150

Term 1, Monday 31 January – Sunday 8 April

Term 2, Monday 30 April – Sunday 8 July

Term 3, Monday 23 July – Sunday 30 September

Term 4, Monday 15 October – Sunday 23 December

Term 1 – Monday 28th January to Sunday 7th April

(Monday 28th is a day off as Australia Day falls on the Saturday 26th . Jessica and Cynthia’s last class will be Monday 8th April to make up for the public holiday)

Term 2 – Monday 29th April to Sunday 7th July

(Monday 10th June is Queens Birthday. Jessica and Cynthia’s last class for the term will be Monday 8th July to make up for the public holiday)

Term 3 – Monday 22nd  July to Sunday 29th September

Term 4 – Monday 14th October to Sunday 22nd December
