Tai Chi is a highly beneficial exercise that can help to strengthen, relax and balance the mind as well as the body. Suitable for beginners to intermediate students. In class we will practice joint loosening warm ups followed by Qi-Gong and then learn the beginning movements from the traditional Yang long form.
