The Training Program will Consist of:

2 x Boxing Sessions
2 x Weights Sessions
2 x Gravity/Circuit Training Gym Sessions
2 x Flexibilty Gym Sessions (Pilates, Yoga & Stretching)
2 x Kayaking Sessions on Narrbeen Lakes. These session are for 1.5hrs
2 x Outdoor Group Sessions, Hills, Stairs, Bodyweight (Bootcamp Style). These Sessions are for 1.5hrs
