Yoga for Every ‘Body’ – an all-inclusive class, yoga in a supportive environment. A non-judgemental class for those that might not feel at home in your average yoga studio.

Yoga is a great way to keep in shape, it builds strength, balance and flexibility. It helps improve mood and mental focus. It can be a way to combine exercise with mindfulness.

Yoga can be practiced by everybody no matter your age, shape or size. You do not have to be strong and flexible to start yoga, but you will definitely gain improved mental and physical wellbeing through regular practice.

If you are interested to find out more and see what yoga all is about, come to our community yoga class. We will cover some of the very basics of yoga in a friendly and supportive environment. So, come and try it for yourself.

Research shows that older people who participate in regular yoga classes have improved balance and are at reduced risk for falls.

Day: Wednesdays from 12th February

Cost: $10 - we prefer people book for 10 weeks
